Yoga is simply part of hiking: it stretches and strengthens your muscles, trains your balance and nurtures your soul. Accompanied by our yoga trainer Steffi, you can enjoy an hour of yoga on the banks of the Rotgüldensee lake with a view of the large Hafner.

Afterwards you can enjoy a richly laid breakfast buffet table.

Comfortable clothing and a towel are recommended.

For all those who walk up to us from the Arsenhaus car park (approx. 1 hour walk), there is the opportunity to change at the hut. Yoga mats are provided.
