At the Rotgüldenseehütte we still cook and bake properly - with lots of love, regional ingredients and a fine sense for good flavour. Our cuisine is down-to-earth, varied and homemade through and through. From classic roast pork to savoury cheese dumplings and vegan curries - we have something for everyone.

Our soups not only warm the stomach, but also the heart. And those who are really hungry after a long tour can fortify themselves with Ritschert, lentils with bacon or our popular nettle and cheese spaetzle. Of course, we also cater for those who prefer vegetarian or vegan dishes - prepared with care and full of flavour.

We serve hearty snacks, lovingly filled sandwiches on home-baked farmhouse bread and crispy salads - honest, fresh and filling.

Our freshly baked cakes, strudels and tarts are a special treat. And of course, the Kaiserschmarrn pancakes with roasted plums are a must - straight from the pan and with an extra portion of love. On hot days, our home-made ice cream provides delicious refreshment.

Our lavish breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and provides the basis for a successful start to the day.
